I am the founder of The Notary Desk and a commissioned Notary Public in NYS, providing remote online notarization services nationwide and abroad. I am also a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance. I established this business to simplify the notarization process, making it professional and accessible without the added stress or need for travel. Each appointment is crafted to ensure clarity, security, and a focus on the client. My aim is to deliver a dependable experience from beginning to end.
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)
Remote Online Notarization allows me to notarize your documents securely through a live video session—no travel required.

The entire process is completed online while meeting New York State requirements for identity verification, electronic signatures, and recorded sessions.

RON is a convenient option for clients who need flexible scheduling, fast turnaround, or prefer to notarize from home or work.
