Meet with me live through a secure, state-approved video platform.

Sign & Notarize Digitally
Sign your document electronically while I complete the notarization in real time.

Send Payment & Receive Your Completed Document
Payment is collected during the live session, and your notarized document is delivered electronically immediately after completion.
PRICING
General remote online notarization: $20
​
Additional document or notarial act: $10 each
​
Additional signers or witnesses: $8 per person
​
​Rush appointments: +$15 (upon request)

* Your notarized document is electronically delivered once payment is complete.
To ensure a smooth appointment, please have the following ready:

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

A stable internet connection and a device with camera & microphone
Important Notes

All remote online notarizations are performed in compliance with New York State Notary laws.

Documents must be fully completed and free of blank spaces prior to the appointment. (Do not sign in advance.)

Do not sign documents in advance unless instructed to do so during the live notarization session.

All signers must personally appear via secure live video.
