Payment is collected during the live session, and your notarized document is delivered electronically immediately after completion.
PRICING
Remote Online Notarization: $35
Additional document or notarial act: $10 each
Additional signers or witnesses: $8 per person
Rush appointments: +$15 (upon request)

Accepted Documents
I provide remote online notarization for eligible documents in New York. This may include affidavits, sworn statements, acknowledgments, jurats, and certain forms or agreements that are permitted for remote notarization and accepted by the receiving party.
Not Accepted
At this time, I do not handle wills or powers of attorney through remote online notarization. These documents may involve additional witnessing, attorney review, or receiving-party requirements. Please confirm acceptance with your attorney or the receiving agency before booking.
Important Notice
I am not permitted to provide legal advice or prepare documents. It is the signer’s responsibility to know what type of notarization is needed and whether the document will be accepted by the receiving party. Final acceptance is determined by the receiving agency, court, lender, attorney, or other requesting party.
To ensure a smooth appointment, please have the following ready:

All remote online notarizations are performed in compliance with New York State Notary laws.
